The skirt is too big. It is hard to judge a size (even with a size chart) not knowing the material and cut of the skirt.
I ordered up just to be safe and will now have to go to alterations. Which will add cost of what I have already paid for the blazer and the skirt. :(
Another suggestion for the vendor: Arrange a date and time with the chapter to come with clothing items (examples) in various sizes for members to actually see and try on.
