We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like jewelry, face masks, socks, and custom products (such as custom orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unworn merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise credit if within the 30-day return period. We do not offer free returns at this time.

Our policy is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product by offering you an exchange of equal or lesser value or store credit upon receiving your returned item. We will only honor refunds to your original payment method if the item was damaged or your sizing isn't available.
