The blazer is very nice! we chose the jackets for our chapter attire. I initially ordered a larger size. Once I received it . I notice the jacket does run a little big. I initially had some complications but once I emailed and notify the company, they did accept the return because it was not monogrammed with a personalization.
Initially, when I was going directly to the site and not reaching out directly to customer service, I receive the notification that they could not accept the return, but that was an error..
